Guide
Insert an image above your title. This allows the user to understand the basics of your project without having to scroll any further. | Next, select the image option and make sure it's above your project title. We want to make sure that the hero image shows your project in its natural habitat, or in front of a plain white background. | Below your title, insert a text box and write out a description of your project. This can be anything from an in depth description to a sales pitch, just make sure that the user can understand the basics of your project by just reading the description. |
Below your description, list all of the materials and tools used to make your project. This can be anything, even as simple as a ruler or tape. | Then, write a description for the first few steps of your project. This will help describe the progress pictures. | Click on the photo grid option below your description. |
Then, select and upload one of the progress photos. | Hover your mouse over the blue pencil icon in the left corner of the photo and select “Edit Grid”. This will allow you to add more photos horizontally across the page. | Add the rest of the photos for that grid. Then, write more descriptions about the process of building your project. |
Continue writing descriptions and adding photo grids until you have documented your whole project. | Once you are satisfied with your Behance page, click the green “Continue” button in the bottom right. | Be sure to give your project a listing title. This is what viewers will see first and click on. |
Find and list tags that are relevant to your project. For example, mine was 'paper' and 'scissors'. | Make sure to also list any of the tools used in your project to help users find your project. For example, the main tool in my project was scissors! | You are required to define what fields of interest your project falls in. For example, mine was 3-D Art. |
Finally, make sure your project listing is visible to “Everyone”, and you can click publish! Make sure to copy the link to your project to submit if you need to turn your project in for a grade! |

Canva
First, open the Behance website on your computer. | Click Create Project and select Presentation. | Once you have your project open, select a theme on the left side of the toolbar. |
Then, type out your title page. This can be as detailed as you like. | Once you're ready, click on another themed slide and add a slide to your presentation. This will be your description slide that lets the viewer know what your project is. | This is my description slide, complete with details of my project, materials, and steps I took when making it. |
Next, duplicate your slide and add progress photos. For me, I had three slides of progress photos. | Then, click “Share” at the top right of the webpage and download each slide as a JPEG. You will then insert these images in your Behance project as shown above. |
